Parking:
If you are joining us for multiple days it might be best to park here: North Grand Ramp: 219 N Grand Ave, Lansing, MI 48933. The cost is $20 days.
You can also park at the South Grand Ramp: 201 S Grand Ave, Lansing, MI 48933. IT is kiddy corner and within walking distance to the venue and hotel.

The hotel is connected to the conference center by a covered skywalk. Take time each morning to reflect on what you’d like to accomplish that day as you walk from the hotel to the convention center.
If just coming for the day you can also park in the Lansing Center parking ramp which is ten dollars maximum a day.

Sunday, October 15, 2023:
Conference Kickoff! The conference kicks off with breakout sessions at 2:00pm-5:00pm. Be there or be square!
New to MACAE and First Time Attendees Session from 5:00pm: Are you new to MACAE? Is this your first time at the conference? Join us as we share about some of the most important things to look for at the conference, get to know other first timers, and review the conference agenda with us.
President’s Reception at Lansing Brewing Company from 6:00pm-9:00pm: This special event is hosted by our awesome MACAE President Tammy Brown who is celebrating her last conference as MACAE President! Please join us for networking, heavy hor d’oeuvres, a drink on us and a kickoff celebration! This is an off-site event just a block away from the hotel and convention center and is not mandatory but open to all attendees who arrive on Sunday. This is a come as you are event and you can leave when you like! Parking is limited so you might consider carpooling or walking.
Monday, October 16, 2023:
Vendor’s Reception from 4:45pm-6:00pm: Meet all the vendors from the conference! Enjoy heavy hor d’oeuvres. This event will be held in the Exhibitor Hall at the conference venue.
Spare Time Lansing Event from 6:00pm- 9:00pm: Join us for some free bowling! 8 lanes of fun and laughter. Additional charge if you would like to participate in an Escape Room on site. Come relax and chill with us! this is a sports team night event! Wear your favorite sports team apparel and represent! You can come and leave when you like! Parking is limited so you might consider carpooling or walking.
We will also be hosting the legendary MACAE Euchre Tournament at this event! Come on down and see if you will be crowned the Euchre Kind or Queen this year.
Tuesday, October 17, 2023:
If you registered for the premiere event, the Riverboat cruise, a separate email will be send to you. Unfortunately, registration was required prior to the conference and is now closed. We are happy to put you on a waiting lit.
For other conference attendees, after the conference ends at 5:00pm, dinner is on your own. There are a number of awesome eateries in the surrounding area. And there is a restaurant at the hotel.
